  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large red onion (finely diced)
  • 1 loaf Italian bread, cut into regular slices.
Mix cheeses & onion, add mayo & mix well.

Spread thickly on each slice of bread.
Slice into strips or squares. Arrange on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Keeps well in the refrigerator. Warms well in a toaster oven.
