Hungarian Fishing Lake

Situated within a Hungarian nature preserve just outside of a 2,500 person town called Szodliget; you will find a tiny fishing lake that was originally established as a sport fishing lake in 1949.

The tiny lake features a number of fishing huts with bridges connecting to various parts of the lake. On calm and overcast days, the spot is a photographer’s dream. It’s moody, atmospheric and the reflections are breathtaking. Slovakian photographer Viktor Egyed visited the fishing lake and shared his wonderful photos.
