Picnic Area Application

I wish to reserve the picnic area on________________, 20__ for the following purpose:

I expect approximately_________ people to be in attendance, not to exceed 25.
(All requests to exceed 25 must be made in writing and approved by management.)

I assume full responsibility for any and all littering and damage that may occur to the grounds and facilities caused by me or my guests. Any trash not securely stored in a provided trash container must be properly disposed of in the apartment building the same day.

I will be in attendance at this function at all times, up to and including the time the last guest has departed the area. I understand that all members of my party must be gone from the picnic area and other surrounding outdoor areas by 11:00 pm.

I will not permit my guests to carry on any illegal activities and agree to immediately vacate all common areas of the complex if requested to do so by the Bower Hill Security Guard.
I WILL ADVISE GUESTS OF THE STATE LIQUOR LAWS OF WHICH ALLOWS NO DRINKING OF LIQUOR BY GUESTS UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE.

I understand that if the swimming pool is used by any of my party, all pool regulations must be followed, including the payment of the appropriate fee for each guest entering the pool area. My guests and I will exit the pool area by the assigned pool closing time.

I will be available for an inspection of the area with a representative of the management staff on the day following my use of the area if the need arises.

Note The gas-grill at the picnic grove will be locked. In order to use the grill, you must first fill out a reservation form, available during regular business hours from the office, or after hours/weekends/holidays from the Gatehouse. A key and instruction manual is then obtained and returned immediately after usage of the grill. The grill and utensils must be cleaned, and the propane tank must be turned off and locked after each usage.
